At Grace Barn we want your event to be special and uncomplicated.  We appreciate your vision and uniqueness you bring to your event, and know each person brings their own personal and creative ideas. We allow a lucrative amount of time for set up before the event and you are not constrained by a list of vendors we require. You are free to choose your own vendors, if you need help, we have a list of suppliers and vendors who will be able to assist you with your celebration.  You are free to contract with anyone you like but they must have the proper licenses to operate their business.

  • Caterers MUST be licensed with the Department of Health and provide a certificate to serve food.
  • Rental Companies require a person here to sign for the rentals. That is usually your wedding coordinator, yourself or a family member.
  • Alcohol Policy: Beer, Wine and Champagne ONLY. A licensed Bartender will be needed if they are serving the alcohol.
  • Guests are not allowed near the horses.
  • EVENT LIABILITY INSURANCE is required for all events.
  • Animals are not allowed at Grace Barn, except service animals.
  • Music must be played inside the barn and must be at the sound level required by the Fresno County department of health. Except for the ceremony.
  • Smoking is allowed in the Fire Pit only, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Grace Barn does not set up or tear down tables and chairs.
  • Grace Barn requires a signed contract and non-refundable deposit for a date to be secure.
  • Grace Barn requires a Coordinator for all events. We have a list of preferred coordinators. If you select someone not on our list, they must be approved by management.
