Grace Barn is a Venue Only Facility.  When you contract your event at grace Barn our pricing is, $5,950.00 for the Venue Rental Fee Only and Includes the following:

  • 2 Security Guards

Saturday Events can typically expect the following.  (Grace Barn reserves the right to change rehearsal and set up dates as needed)

  • Day prior to the event from 12:00-6:00pm for set up and rehearse ( if available or by arrangement)
  • Saturday 12:00-10:00pm with six hours of event time.
  • All events must end by 10:00pm.
  • Music off by 10:00pm.
  • Bar closes 30 minutes before end time.
  • One hour after the event for tear-down and clean up. Vendor item removal and venue closure by 11:00pm.

Sunday events can typically expect the following.  (Rarely do we have a Sunday event here at Grace Barn)

  • Same day set up after 10:00am.
  • Six hour of event time.
  • All Sunday events must end by 9:30pm.
  • Two hour rehearsal time on Thursday prior to the event.
  • Bar closes 30 minutes before the end.
  • One hour after the event for tear-down and clean up and venue closure by 10:30pm.

The use of the Venue includes:

  • Barn
  • 1500 sq. ft. patio
  • Gazebo
  • Fire pit
  • Bridal room

Event Hours

Full use of the facility the day of your event. All events must be completed by 10:00pm to allow for personal items to removed and the facility closed by 11:00.
Arrangements will be made for set up and rehearsal the day prior to the event if the facility is available. If the facility is not available an alternate day for rehearsal will be scheduled and set up will be the same day as the event.
Grace Barn reserves the right to change set up/tear down and rehearsal dates as needed.

The following is an example of what to expect for events.
– Saturday Events usually set up and rehearse Friday’s
– Sunday Events usually set up the day of the event and rehearse on Wednesday
or Thursday (we rarely book Sunday events)

Damage and Additional Cleaning Deposit
A $1,000.00 refundable damage and extra cleaning deposit due 30 days prior to the event. If anyone uses the property in any manner other than the intended use, that requires additional cleaning or results in damage the deposit will be deducted accordingly. (An additional Alcohol deposit is required of $500.00 if alcohol is served.)
This includes but not limited to:
– Smoking anywhere besides the fire pit area.
-Cans, bottles, cups and paper on grounds and parking lot, loft or rooms.
-Gum on floor
-Flower Petals on sidewalk or lawn

Deposits and Payments
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of $2,000.00 is required to hold a date. Do to the limited number of events at Grace Barn we are not able to “Hold” a date. The date is not considered booked until a signed contract and deposit is received.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted in the fire pit area only. No smoking allowed in the barn, patio, drink area, lawn or flower beds.

Alcohol policy
At Grace Barn, beer, wine and champagne are the only alcoholic beverages permitted. No alcohol can be served to anyone under 21 or visibly intoxicated. All service of alcohol must cease 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. Certain events are required to have a licensed bartender

Event Liability Insurance
A one day event insurance is required of all events. Must be received 14 days prior to the event.

Clean up
We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as you found it. If any liquid is spilled during the event, please clean it up or let us know so it can be cleaned up right away. Certain liquids damage the floor.
